Chest Width (Flat): is measured across the garment when laid flat, armpit to armpit.
To get the full circumference of the chest, multiply this number by 2 (e.g., a chest width of 18 inches corresponds to a 36-inch chest circumference).
Centimeter Conversion: 1 inch = 2.54 cm, so flat chest width measurements in inches are converted to centimeters accordingly.
