Elephant Island Landing 1917
In 1917, we ventured to the remote Elephant Island, where we encountered an astonishing anomaly: a mysterious craft seemingly crash-landed and stranded on the icy landscape.
This iron-clad enigma, most certainly out of place and time, was discovered by the crew while they scouted the area after a recent ground tremor.  Lacking any occupants or any identifiable markings or known origins, the craft's advanced technology has baffled us explorers.
We documented the find in secrecy, aware that its presence hinted at a deeper mystery. We returned to the site later that season but no evidence of the craft remained.
